Requirements

Rodeo Producer- agrees to provide proof of General Liability and Workers Compensation Coverage.

• Events: Grand Entry/Flag Presentation/National Anthem/Pro Rodeo/seven events/Funny Act/Dress Act

Purchaser- agrees to provide thhe following.

• Rodeo grounds, adequate seating and bathroom facilities.
• Electrical hook-up for sound system.
• Adequate lighting for day and night performances.
• Attended ambulance from start to finish of each performance at ringside.
• Adequate Water supply for dust control in arena.
• Adequate Water supply and outlets for livestock at all times.
• Passable roadway into arena site (must have firm base).
• Attended tractor with some form of front loader to assist in setting up and the tearing down of arena.
• Tractor and equipment to condition arena prior and during of event.
• Licensed vet to be on premises of event from start to finish.
• Will work ground to Rodeo Producers approval.
• If everyone pays to get into event, Committee, will reimburse contestants and workers.
• Committee may put intermission at halfway point in show if needed.

OTHER

• Rodeo performances will be held rain or shine.
• Rodeo Producer has right to sell sweatshirts/tee-shirts/etc, and set promotional material at stand.
